Quebec Construction, LLC was established to handle the construction operations for Ev Cochrane & Associates and the Cochrane family. For approximately six years the Quebec personnel focused on developing and building multi-family and student housing projects in the Ames area. Due to tremendous growth in the building industry, in early 2003 we formed a stand alone unit to become the company we are today. We are now pursuing projects in both the commercial and residential fields throughout central Iowa.
